These Refund Terms & Conditions explain how refunds are handled for SmartWalt subscriptions or one-time purchases made directly from us. Purchases made via app stores or third-party platforms are subject to those platforms' refund policies.
Unless otherwise stated at purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of the initial charge for the current billing period if you have not made significant use of premium features (e.g., large-scale data imports, mass email dispatches, or extensive exports).
We generally do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law or expressly stated at purchase.
If you started on a trial or promotional offer and were charged after the trial, you are eligible for a refund only if you cancel within the advertised trial window and meet the usage limits associated with the offer.

If you file a chargeback, your access may be suspended while we investigate. We reserve the right to dispute unfounded chargebacks with evidence.
